Online Bidding and Donations with Greater Giving

What You Can Expect

This year’s event will use Greater Giving – allowing for a paperless system for donations. You will use your smartphone or tablet to bid (live auction), buy opportunity tickets (gift baskets) or donate (fund-a-thon).  

How it works

All contributions happen in the "Online Bidding" system.  Once you have been invited to join Online Bidding, you have a number of options available to you.

1. Select the Package you wish to purchase (aka "bid on") or Bid on (for live auction).
2. Bid  (if not bidding go to #3) --
   • Select either the Bid option to bid the next increment, or select Bid More to choose your increment.
   • Click the star icon to save the Package to your Favorites
   • If you are the highest bidder, you will find your Package in the Bids area of the menu
3. Purchase --
   • select Buy Now to purchase the Package for the price listed.
4. Donation (during Fund-a-Thon) -- 
   • Select the package associated with the amount you wish to donate   -or-
   • click the Donate button on the home page and enter your amount.
5. Use the menu in the top left to view Packages you have bid on, favorited, or to browse by Category.
