Welcome to registration for the AWT Annual Gala

Thursday, October 2, 2025 | 5:00 pm – 9:30pm

Follow these steps to complete registration:

1.  Admission Tickets - select your admission type (single ticket or table purchase). Table accommodates 10 attendees. !!! PLEASE READ for Table Purchases, the registration form will require you to provide the names, emails, phone numbers and meal choices of guests joining your table. If you do not have this information yet, please use the following placeholders: "TBD" for First and Last Name, the purchaser's email address for Email, and default "Chicken" for Meal Type. The Gala Registration Team will reach out to the Purchaser with additional steps to complete the registration for the remaining guests at your table.

Meal options include:

• Salmon - Maple Pomegranate Salmon, Medley Root Vegetables, Butternut Puree, Saute Spinach, Honey Balsamic Reduction (GF-NF)
• Chicken - Lemon Herb Roasted Chicken, Parmesan Garlic Yukon Puree, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Picked Onions, Crispy Parsnip, Rosemary Jus (GF-NF)
• Vegan - Portobella Steak and Saffron Vegetable Paella, Braised Artichokes, Crispy Basil Chips (GF-DF-NF-V-VG)

2. Event Sponsorship - explore the options below to see how you can support our evening and help ensure that every dollar raised goes directly toward advancing our organization’s mission in the coming year. Each sponsorship package includes one (1) complimentary single admission ticket. For more information on event sponsorship, please contact events@awtca.org.

• Audio/Visual - SOLD OUT

3.  Cash Donations - if you'd like to any donations in advance, please populate the appropriate boxes. Every dollar donated directly supports our mission, please consider making a cash donation to ensure we can keep making a difference together. 

4.  Quick Check In/Check Out -- please check the "I authorize..." GREEN BOX to pre-register your credit card for the event.  This saves time at the Check In/Check Out tables and allows you to easily participate in fundraising and donation activities during the Gala programming.

5.  Registration Deadline -- EXTENDED: Tuesday, September 30, 2025
